Admissions Online

Thank you for your interest in Our Lady Queen of Heaven School and Early Childhood Center. 
 
OLQH SCHOOL
  • 2023-2024 School Year
    • Availability is limited for the current school year. For grades Pre-K - 8th grade, please contact Megan O'Quin moquin@olqhs.org to inquire about availabilty.
  • 2024-2025 School Year
    • The application period for the 2024-2025 school year, for grades PK - 8th grade, will open on December 1, 2023. All notifications of acceptance will be sent at the beginning of February.

OLQH Early Childhood Center
  • For all inquiries or applications for the Early Childhood Center, please contact Kara Ortego kortego@olqhs.org. 
  • If you have already submitted an application for a previous year, please contact the school or Early Childhood Center before applying again. 
 
How to Apply
 
Applying is easy using our Online Application. A non-refundable application fee of $27 must be submitted with each online application.
 
Applications may be submitted online for OLQH School (PK-4 - 8th grade) and the Early Childhood Center (6 wks - PK-3).
 
Create an Online Application
 
To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
 
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
